Chris Houde
FOUNDER/OWNER
Work Background:
Chris Houde is the founder of Peak Outdoor Services. He attended the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business from 2017 to 2021 and spent his summers freelancing in landscaping throughout southern New Hampshire. After earning his marketing degree, he launched Lafontaine Landscaping LLC on January 1, 2022. Over three years, Chris grew the business and, with a vision for year-round property care, expanded it into Peak Outdoor Services. Today, he leads the team with a focus on offering a wider range of services, tackling larger projects, and delivering dependable, hands-on service clients rely on. -
Christian Bassi
CO-OWNER
Work Background:
Christian Bassi is co-owner of Peak Outdoor Services, sharing a commitment to business growth and reliable service. After completing undergraduate studies at SUNY Plattsburgh and earning an MBA from Ithaca College, Christian developed a combined expertise in business strategy and hands-on project management. He prioritizes dependable results, attention to detail, and long-lasting client relationships. Having previously collaborated with Chris, Christian is eager to help guide Peak’s ongoing development and support its next phase of growth alongside the team. -
Brandan Madigan
CO-OWNER
Work Background:
Brandan Madigan brings expertise in automotive technology, having studied at Manchester Community College from 2017 to 2019. His background includes roles as a technician, service manager, and instructor at his alma mater. At Peak Outdoor Services, Brandan oversees fleet management and daily operations, ensuring high service delivery standards. After years of working with Chris, he looks forward to applying his experience full-time and supporting the company’s continued success as part of the team.
